1. How to solve the problem of flat screen printing in fabric printing

Cause: The color ratio of the frame is too deep; the frame is not attached; the viscosity of the paste is too low.

Solution:

The color ratio of the frame is too deep, resulting in a horizontal print. The screen version of the screen should be correct, to prevent overlapping of street junctions, and the pattern of large full land, in the premise of not affecting the spirit of the flower, can be considered to cross, to avoid the horizontal overlap of the two ends of the screen.

On the patch surface of the frame, a fabric with a mesh, such as a window screen, a thick nylon mesh, or the like is attached. Do not stick around the frame when pasting. Select the width of the two ends of the frame to make a little space between the frame and the horizontal surface of the frame. It will not affect the printing and scratching.

The viscosity of the color paste should be moderately adjusted, which is advantageous for the fabric to be evenly distributed and the pattern is smooth.

2. Solution to the phenomenon of plugging net in flat net fabric printing

Reason: The density of the manuscript film is not enough; the operation process of the flat plate plate making process is improper; the quality of the printing paste is problematic.

Solution:

The original film is currently produced by computer. The higher the black pattern density of the bottom sheet, the better the shading effect. If the blackness is not enough, the shading effect is worse, the ultraviolet light is easy to pass through, which will cause the net to be plugged; the fog of the bottom sheet is low, such as the high fog, blocking the transmission of ultraviolet light, and it is necessary to lengthen the exposure time. Finished, it is easy to cause excessive exposure time and create a net.

Improper development and curing of the flat screen plate will result in a net. When developing, it is necessary to consider that the ultraviolet light is transmitted from the printing surface of the screen to the squeegeing surface, and the printing surface is fully illuminated, and can be washed with water of a relatively large pressure; and the degree of cross-linking of the squeegee surface is smaller than that of the printing surface, and the film is displayed. When tender, rinse with a non-pressure slurry of water to avoid clogging the mesh. Double exposure should be carried out before curing to make the adhesive layer fully sensitized and then apply the curing agent.

In the printing, the used slurry contains impurities or undissolved particles to block the mesh, so that the color paste cannot be scraped out from the mesh during printing, so the slurry should be filtered to remove impurities before use. When choosing a coating adhesive, choose a good quality adhesive and a compatible thickener. The film should not be too fast when scratching.

3, the pattern edge from the clear to the fuzzy production process

Since the fluidity of the slurry is good at the beginning of printing, the doctor blade can cut the slurry without a large force. As the moisture in the glue evaporates continuously, the slurry gradually thickens and the viscosity becomes larger. It is necessary to increase the particle size of the doctor blade to clean the excess slurry. Due to the increase of the force, the screen is elastically deformed to produce a pattern displacement. As the force of the doctor blade disappears, the edge of the screen of the screen printing surface will be reversely stuck to the slurry after the rebound of the screen. In the second printing, These pastes are moved to the edges of the pattern, creating a blurring of the edges of the pattern.

Solution:

(1) using a small elastic mesh, such as polyester mesh;

(2) increasing the tension of the screen;

(3) reducing the resilience of the screen;

(4) Adjust the viscosity of the slurry at any time.

4, the pattern sharp angle rounded corners, the cause of the loss of small dots

Since the slurry gradually thickens during the printing process, the fluidity thereof becomes small, and the pressure of the squeegee must be increased to pass through the mesh when passing through the mesh, but at the edge of the screen pattern due to the support of the photosensitive adhesive, The squeegee can not extrude the slurry into the mesh at any time, so that the granules stay in the mesh to form a film, which causes the mesh of the edge of the photographic adhesive to be clogged.

Solution:

(1) Select low mesh, monofilament, and thin mesh;

(2) The photosensitive adhesive should not be too thick;

(3) The slurry should maintain a certain fluidity at all times.

5. Reasons for the skinning phenomenon of the glue during the printing process

Any printing material has a common characteristic, that is, the thinner the ink layer is, the faster it is dried, and the same is true for the glue. Since the screen is larger than the pattern, the slurry in the screen has enough space to be stacked, and the doctor blade cannot clean the slurry every time printing, especially when a thin ink layer is often formed above the pattern. The ink layer will form a semi-dry film in a short time, and these films are carried into the polarizing holes by the squeegee to block the mesh, forming a local blocking phenomenon.

Solution:

In the pattern area of the screen and the frame, the wood strip is used for isolation, and the slurry is controlled within a certain range. The squeegee can clean the slurry of the screen pattern every time, that is, the slurry is in this range. It is impossible to produce a thin ink layer inside, so that the skinning phenomenon can be eliminated.
