NoCarbon Required paper: One side of the paper is coated with microcapsules (CB surface), the capsule contains pigment, and the other side is coated with a developer (CF surface). When used, the CB surface corresponds to the CF surface. When pressed, the microcapsules on the CB surface are broken, the pigment escapes and reacts with the developer on the CF surface to develop color, and the principle is used to achieve a replication effect. Generally, NCR can be divided into three types: upper paper, medium paper, and lower paper, which can be blended according to the number of sheets required for copying.
Thermal paper: The surface of the paper is coated with a coloring material. The coloring material is heated to produce a chemical reaction to develop color. The moving head can be used to develop color in the heating area, and the fax machine can be used. This principle is combined with thermal paper to achieve the fax appearance.
InkJet Printing paper: The ink is directly sprayed on the paper surface through the nozzle to reveal the phase. To achieve the characteristics of small diameter, neat edges and high density, the paper must have a fine porous structure. In the case of multi-color inkjet, in order to reduce the burrs, mismatch and offset, the water absorption and water repellency of the paper surface must be carefully controlled.
Plain Paper copy (ppc): The paper used in the copier. In order to make the photocopying work smooth, the paper needs to have the characteristics of dimensional stability, antistatic and carbon ink.
Diazo Paper: A positive photosensitive paper made by coating a base paper with an even (heavy) nitrogen photosensitive liquid. For uniform and fine photosensitivity, the coated base paper must be evenly interwoven, free of impurities, and low in pH. , high degree of gluing and even and detailed paper surface.
Electrostatic recording paper (Electrotatic Recording Paper): the paper surface is coated with a conductive layer and an insulating layer coating, and the voltage discharged from the needle electrode can be received to damage the insulating layer on the paper surface to form an electrostatic latent image with the conductive layer, so that the developer It can be attached to the pattern when added, and then thermally melted and fixed on the paper to produce a clear pattern.
Opictical Character & Mark Reader Paper: Printing paper applied to optical readers for reading text.
