The appearance requirements of the aluminized film are: the aluminum layer is evenly bright, waterless, cloud; the number of pinholes does not exceed 0.5 / m2; the winding is smooth, the tension is appropriate, no serious stretching and gluten phenomenon. But in actual printing, there will always be such problems, let's take a look.
1. Brown stripes appear on the surface of the film
Reason one: low vacuum
Solution: Clean the aluminum in the vacuum chamber, the evaporation device, the cooling system, the unwinding, the winding device and the guide roller; check the vacuum system; reduce the ambient humidity.
Reason two: the film releases gas
Solution: Pre-drying the film; prolong the vacuuming time.
Reason three: excessive aluminum spray
Solution: Increase the speed of the vehicle; reduce the evaporation boat current; reduce the speed of aluminum delivery.
Reason four: there are impurities in the evaporation boat
Solution: Clean the evaporation boat and the heat shield.
Reason five: evaporation boat aging
Solution: Replace the evaporation boat.
2. When the aluminum is plated, the film has holes:
Reason one: the aluminum in the evaporation boat is too full
Solution: Reduce the speed of aluminum feeding; increase the evaporation boat current.
Reason two: Short circuit between the evaporation boats in the vacuum chamber
Solution: Eliminate the short circuit.
Reason three: Impurity splash in vacuum chamber
Solution: Clean the vacuum chamber wall, send aluminum vapor deposition device, cooling drum, unwinding, winding device and each guide roller.
3. The film appears to be stretched when aluminized
Reason one: the substrate tension is too large
Solution: Adjust the unwinding and take-up tension control system to reduce the tension properly.
Cause two: The cooling system is malfunctioning
Solution: Check the cooling system and troubleshoot.
Reason three: the evaporation boat temperature is too high
Solution: Reduce the heating current of the evaporation boat and increase the speed of the vehicle.
4, the film surface has lines and hair lines
Reason one: the guide roller and the heat shield plate are not clean
Solution: Clean the guide roller and heat shield.
Reason two: uneven thickness of aluminum plating
Solution: Check whether the evaporation device such as the evaporation boat and the aluminum feeder are destroyed; whether the aluminum nozzle is unblocked.
Reason three: improper collection and unwinding tension
Solution: Adjust the tension of the take-up and unwinding to avoid the film shaking in the vacuum chamber.
Reason four: the vacuum in the vacuum indoor cooling system leads to low vacuum
Solution: Check the cooling system and troubleshoot.
