Printing requirements for paper cutting quality


1. Paper size accuracy requirements

For the same batch of work, the paper size should be the same, especially when printing thick cardboard, the paper-proof steel sheet used in the feeder part is harder. If the size of the paperboard used in the same batch of workpieces is inconsistent, it is easy to cause paper feeding failure. .


When the paper is long, the paper separation nozzle cannot suck the first sheet of paper from the paper stopper and the sheet is loose; when the paper is short, the paper sheet cannot reach the paper pile and scrape the paper. The second sheet of paper sucked up by the mouth appears double-fold. For the paper that is flipped back and forth, because the front and back sides of the paper are printed differently, the size of the paper used for the same batch of work is required to be the same, otherwise the front and back patterns will be misaligned on the paper. .


2. The front side of the paper and the side of the side of the paper should be vertical

The front side of the paper and the side of the side of the paper should be vertical. Otherwise, when the front side of the paper and the front positioning board are in line contact, the side and side positioning plates are in point contact, which is prone to contact deformation and overprinting. Not allowed.


3. The incision should be neat and free of burrs

When the cutter is not sharp enough, the paper is prone to burrs. The burrs of the paper are easily peeled off and adhered to the blanket during the printing process, which affects the printing quality, and the burrs at the biting mouth are also likely to affect the normal detection of the tamper detecting mechanism and cause a shutdown phenomenon.


Work requirements for paper cutting process


(1) Strictly follow the specific regulations of the cutting instructions for the cutting process, cultivate a good habit of safe and civilized production, and timely check the equipment, motor, knife edge, switch and brake sensitivity.

(2) Pay special attention to the cutting angle when cutting. It must be vertical. The size of each stack of paper should be consistent. The stack of paper is straight and straight, the cuts are neat, and there are no knives, broken mouths, slivers, roads and fluffing. The lower layer of paper should be cut through, not dirty, not broken.

(3) Ensure the quality of the cutting, the size of the material to be cut and the size of the finished product are accurate. After the finished paper is cut, it should be stacked separately according to different work pieces, and the name of the print or the number of the printed order should be marked to avoid confusion and be sent to the machine on time to ensure the printing time.

(4) When handing over to the Materials Section, it is necessary to carefully count the number of receipts.

(5) Ensure that the paper cutter is in normal operation, the equipment does not carry “sick” operation, and the equipment is regularly maintained according to the regulations and equipment instructions.

(6) After cutting, the products should be graded. Among them, the size meets the requirements. The finished product is cut and squared, no knife and knife marks, and the error is no more than ±1mm. It is a superior grade; the size meets the requirements, and the finished product has no obvious knife flower. , knife marks, cutting error does not exceed ± 1.5mm, is a good grade; size basically meets the requirements, the finished product cutting error does not exceed ± 2mm, is a gradeable product.

(7) Theouter wrapping paper of the paper should be carefully collected, stacked, and arranged neatly according to the size.

(8) If the humidity in the production workshop is lower than the production standard, the cut paper must be covered with plastic wrap.

(9) Keep the environment around the paper cutter clean and tidy. Equipment used for paper cutting and spare knives should be carefully managed and placed safely. Sharpening and blade replacement records need to be detailed and accurate.


Operating procedure for paper cutting process


1. Preparation stage

The squad leader (captain) inspects the type, specification and quantity of the paper according to the requirements of the production task list, accurately understands the various technical requirements such as the cutting size of the product, and informs the team members.


2. Operation stage

Turn on the paper cutter power supply, check the electric eye, motor sound, move the paper cutter's paper feeder for abnormality, and make the actual value of the paper cutter work consistent with the value displayed on the paper cutter screen, such as the actual cutting size and The display size is the same.


After everything is correct, according to the size of the cut paper, try to move the paper feeder to determine the position of the front and rear of the movement, and then put the smashed paper on the workbench and make it close to the pusher and the side gauge. According to the requirements of the task list, the four sides of the paper are lighted; the paper stack is pushed to the prescribed cutting line by the paper pusher, the paper stacker is pressed down, the paper pile is pressed and positioned, the cutter falls, and the cutting is started. After the cutting is completed, the paper is lifted off the stack, and then the paper press is raised and returned to the original position; the cut paper should be clearly marked and transferred to the process.
