Process. The toner is composed of resin, carbon black, magnetic iron oxide, charge control particles, lubricant, and hot melt plastic. The resin and carbon black are the main image forming materials. If the carbon black is removed from the carbon powder, it becomes a transparent toner. . Increasing the transparency of the resin in the toner can increase the gloss of the transparent toner. The higher the solid content, the subsequent drying process can be greatly simplified. Therefore, high solid content and low viscosity are a key factor; for different materials, wettability and wetting speed have important and strict requirements. Therefore, hot stamping for different material surfaces is also very important. 


(3) Independent module technology: The digital hot stamping process includes four steps of printing, drying, stamping and curing. The fineness of printing is the premise, drying is to better imprint, the first three steps jointly determine the quality of hot stamping, and the final step of curing, to ensure the durability of the hot stamping effect. To achieve four modules to be relatively independent, in order to transport, maintenance, replacement, but also to ensure the continuity of the four modules, in order to facilitate the automated production of the line.


(4) Software automation technology: the four steps of printing, drying, embossing and curing are automated, thus achieving one-button operation, keeping the quality of hot stamping stable and convenient and quick.


Process. (1) glazing: the surface of the substrate is kept at a constant temperature of 30 to 50 ° C. The water-based UV ink is sprayed on the surface of the substrate to form a transparent viscoelastic state. After printing, the ink is leveled and enters the UV unit. (3) Sagin: After printing, sprinkle a layer of gold powder or metal sheet, enter the rolling unit to press the gold powder or metal sheet into the glue, enter the UV unit to solidify the glue layer, and finally recover the excess powder to complete the gold casting process.
