Die-cutting is an important process that is directly related to the quality of the product. Draw a die-cut version of the outline picture, which is a key part of the entire plate making process. It can be said that the efficiency and accuracy of the die-cutting process depends mainly on the drawing process. Because only the prints are accurate, the shape of the plywood can be ensured.
The traditional drawing process is: firstly, the outline of the printed image to be die-cutted is drawn on the thin white paper by carbon paper. If the printed form is thin paper, the drawing can be directly drawn, and then the outline of the die-cut version is painted with white latex. On the plywood, the sawing is carried out after drying. This process is not only labor-intensive and time-consuming, but also has poor manufacturing precision and is not ideal. In particular, some of the more complicated shaped versions of the layout, if the production skills of the producers are not familiar, the effect of manual drawing is even worse, often resulting in scrapping and rework. Based on this situation, we decided to break the conventional practice. For some special-shaped versions with complicated layouts and difficult drawing, we changed the traditional drawing process, and used the computer to make the printing plate, draw the die-cut version of the outline pattern together, and then directly output. The pattern film, in this way, greatly improves the production efficiency and precision, and effectively ensures the accuracy of the die-cutting plate and the printing plate. After the die-cut profile pattern film is finished, when pasting, first apply white latex on the appropriate part of the plywood, and then use a die-cutting knife to scrape the glue evenly, then paste the front side of the film flat against the plywood. Then, use a piece of cloth on the back of the film to evenly spread evenly, so that the film is evenly attached to the plywood. After the glue is dried, when the saw blade is cut, the sawing path can be completed without any mistake, as long as it is cut along the outline of the pattern on the film.
The die-cutting board is made by computer painting die-cutting pattern. After the process practice, this method is especially suitable for the special-shaped version of the pattern. Its simple, fast and high-precision production effect is very popular among operators.
