    Control technology for poor adhesion of four-layer corrugated cardboard

    1. Four-layer corrugated cardboard bonding points


    (1) When the corrugated core paper is compounded, the coating glue will increase the moisture content of the corrugated core paper, and the adhesive will prevent the embrittlement of the corrugated core paper after drying, so the selection of water content is small, the permeability is slow, and it is easy to uniformly coat. Corrugated paper composite adhesives are critical.

    (2) Under the premise of satisfying the bonding strength after compounding, the amount of sizing should be as small as possible.

    (3) Before pressing the corrugated board, it is also important to control the humidity of the composite corrugated medium. Too much humidity not only affects the molding, but also causes degumming during compounding; if the humidity is too small, the peak will be embrittled and cracked when the corrugated sheet is bent.

    (4) The corrugated type of four-layer corrugated board should be specially designed and designed according to the thickness of two layers of corrugated core paper and one layer of glue to produce the ideal corrugated board.

    (5) When processing four layers of corrugated cardboard on a vacuum adsorption single-sided machine, it is necessary to adjust the adsorption system (position, clearance and air volume of the suction hood and corrugating roller) and the heating system; the composite corrugated medium paper requires higher The temperature can transfer heat to the peak and meet the gelatinization temperature requirements. The hardness of the thick corrugated medium will become larger, and it will be easy to get rid of the corrugating roller after molding, affecting the coating and compounding, and producing quality problems such as high and low smashing, collapse, degumming and "wood ear", so there must be sufficient adsorption air volume. And negative pressure and heating temperature, in order to ensure smooth coating after corrugated board molding.


    2. Relationship between speed and cardboard quality


    (1) The most stable and economical speed of the production line should be the ideal adjustment speed.

    (2) The strength and humidity of the paper should be suitable for the speed of the vehicle.

    (3) The fluctuation of the speed of the car will affect the humidity control of the paper. The more stable the vehicle speed, the more stable the humidity control of each layer of paper, and the more stable the quality of the paperboard. A good heating system is necessary at this time.
