Clean the Feida paper nozzle and the paper feed nozzle monthly and check the flexibility of moving up and down. (Note: Never add lubricant)
1. Pull out the Feida head rotary valve every month and clean it with compressed air. Wipe clean with a soft cloth (Note: Do not add lubricant)
2. Butt the Feida platen bracket every six months and clean the screw (2 oil eyes on the operating side, 1 oil eye on the driving side)
3. Butt and clean the screw on the non-stop Feida plate support every half a year (1 oil eye on the operating side)
4. Clean the paper stack plate guide and brush the butter every six months.
5. Butter the Feida paper belt drive shaft every six months (1 butter eye in the center of the drive shaft)
6. Add oil to the ball bearing shaft bearing every six months (one oil hole in the middle of the drive shaft)
7. Add oil to the paper ball every month (2 oil holes for each paper ball)
8. Butter the Feida paper guide pulley bearing every six months (the operating side drive side and the middle position a total of 4 oil eyes)
9. Add oil to the ball bearing shaft connecting rod bearings every six months (the two oil grooves behind the Feida drive side gas meter cover)

42. Clean the delivery suction wheel and its drive shaft weekly, and check the flexibility of the lateral movement of the suction wheel.
43. Butter the delivery shaft drive shaft every six months (one oil eye on the operating side and the driving side)
44. Clean the delivery paper guides weekly.
45. Clean the air filter of the delivery air suction roller and paper cutter every week (HDM: 47.018.106)
46. Butter the picker linkage every month (one oil eye on the operating side and the driving side)
47. Check weekly for adequate delivery chain oil (LA8P: 00.580.5591)
Auxiliary equipment
48. Replace central lubricant (ISOVG150) every six months
49. Replace the central lubricating oil filter every year (00.580.1558/01)
50. Clean the main cabinet air filter every week and replace the filter if necessary (HDM: 00.580.5832)
51. Clean the air filter of the main air cabinet (there are several vacuum pumps inside) every week, replace the filter if necessary (HDM: 00.580.5832); check the air pump oil level at the bottom of the maintenance side of the main air cabinet every week. When you refuel, change the oil (ISOVG100) every year. The main air cabinet will clean the sponge layer on the main air cabinet door and several vacuum pumps in the cabinet with industrial vacuum cleaners every week.
52. Clean the alcohol meter body and float ball every month, check and clean the solenoid valve; clean the alcohol and dampening liquid pipette filter (63.196.1911) every week; clean the water filter (L2.196.1878) every week and Dampening solution circulation filter (L2.196.1888); clean the heat-dissipating part of the central humidifier every month; clean the main tank float and filter every week (HDM: 63.196.1811); clean the intermediate tank float and filter every week (HDM: 63.196.1811), using a compressed air with an industrial vacuum cleaner to clean the dampening system every week to obtain a cooling fin.
53. Clean the air filter of the air compressor air cabinet every week (HDM: F2.179.1821); clean the entire air pressure cabinet with an industrial coder. Clean the air filter inside the air compressor every week; give the air compressor a special green butter every year.
54. Clean the computer mainframe in the entire central electric cabinet and the touch screen under the printing center every year, with anti-static bracelet, cleaned with a brush and a vacuum cleaner. It takes half an hour after the whole machine is powered off.
