Water ripple
The reason:
a. The printed version is too deep.
b. The ink has a low viscosity or an excess of diluent is added.
Solution:
a. control the plate depth when making plates.
b. Control the viscosity of the ink.
c. Use the version of the wind or adjust the blade angle.
2. Biting
The reason:
a. the ink is slow to dry.
b. The second color pressure is too high, the printing is too fast, and the viscosity is too high.
Solution:
a. Add a quick-drying solvent to the first color to increase the amount of hot air.
b. Reduce the pressure in the second color.
c. Reduce the viscosity of the second color ink and slow down the printing speed.
3. Adhesion (commonly known as anti-stick)
The reason:
a. the solvent is slow to dry (especially toluene contains difficult to volatile, odor odor).
b. The winding pressure during the printing process is too large. The stacking pressure is too large after printing (especially in hot weather).
c. The temperature of the hot air dried during printing is too high, generally should not exceed 40 ° C - 50 ° C (if special requirements should be added cold air before winding to reduce the film temperature), plus humidity (relative humidity greater than 90%) The above) makes the ink not dry completely.
d, the electronic processing is too large (standard 38 dynes have met the printing requirements) single-sided printing but the film is double-sided electronic processing, or the local treatment effect is too strong.
Solution:
a. Replace the fast drying and high purity solvent.
b. Adjust the winding tension so that the winding is synchronized with the traction, and the stack of printed materials should not be too high or stacked on the surface.
c. The ambient temperature of the printing place and the finished product warehouse should not be too high, and there should be no direct heat source and direct sunlight.
d. Single-sided printing is not treated with double-sided electronic processing.
4. Graphic start and end
The reason:
a. the blade pressure is small, the blade is too soft, and the printing plate is too deep on all sides to form a thick ink layer.
b, the ink viscosity is large, there are impurities.
c. The printing speed is too fast to generate static electricity.
Solution:
a, increase the pressure of the knife, change the hard blade.
b. Reduce the viscosity of the ink and filter the ink.
