1. Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for corrosion gravure plate making with carbon paper as the photosensitive material. It is suitable for gravure printing of printed books and packaging products.
2. Reference standard
GB 9851 printing technical terminology
CY/T6 gravure printing quality requirements and test methods
3. Technical requirements
3.1 Carbon paper
3.1.1 Storage environment of non-sensitized carbon paper: room temperature 18 ° C ~ 22 ° C, relative humidity 50% ~ 70%, sealed.
3.1.2 Carbon paper sensitization
3.1.2.1 sensitizer: potassium dichromate (K2Cr2O7) analytically pure.
3.1.2.2 The concentration of sensitizing solution is 3% to 4%.
3.1.2.3 Sensitizing solution temperature 10 ° C ~ 14 ° C.
3.1.2.4 Sensitization time 2.5min ~ 3min.
3.1.2.5 The sensitizing solution has a pH of 4.5 to 6.
3.1.3 Carbon paper drying
3.1.3.1 Drying method: air drying.
3.1.3.2 Drying parameters: cold air is room temperature, hot air is 50 ° C, relative humidity is 60% to 70%, wind speed is 60 to 100 m/min, and drying time is 2.5 to 3 hours. After drying, the carbon paper has a water content of 8% to 12%.
3.1.4 The appearance of carbon paper should be smooth and smooth, no curling, no scratches, no water bubbles or sand holes, and evenly dried.
3.1.5 Storage conditions of carbon paper after sensitization: Store in a metal bucket that is protected from light and moisture, and away from heat sources. The indoor temperature is 18 ° C to 22 ° C, and the relative humidity is 60% to 70%. It can be used after storage for 6 hours and is valid for 3 days.
3.2 printing plate
3.2.1 The peak spectrum of the light source is between 380mm and 550mm. The shape of the light source is a point light source or a tubular light source, and the illumination is uniform.
3.2.2 The printing time is determined experimentally according to the density of the positive image, the intensity of the light source, the distance of the light source and the performance of the carbon paper.
3.2.3 Printing screen
3.2.3.1 Screen material: glass or film.
3.2.3.2 Type of mesh: square, rectangular or irregular.
3.2.3.3 Number of mesh lines: General printed matter 60~70l/cm. Fine prints 70 ~ 80l / cm.
3.2.3.4 Screen specifications: 1040 × 1400mm, 1040 × 700mm.
3.3 version
3.3.1 The hardness of the passing rubber roller is 75°~85° (Shore hardness).
3.3.2 The speed of the plate is 3~5m/min.
3.3.3 Over-plate wetting fluid: distilled water.
3.3.4 through-plate dampening solution temperature 18 ° C ~ 21 ° C
