1. After the lock line is flattened, the back of the hairy pulp should be placed. It should be noted that the thread must be tightened during the processing of the lock line, otherwise the inner page will be easily smashed out after the book is finished.
2. Lower the milling back and the slotting table on the binding machine so that it does not touch the back of the book.
3. Binding package The temperature of the glue pot of this machine is set to be slightly lower than the normal use temperature (about 20 °C). The purpose is to make the hot melt adhesive thicker to increase the thickness of the adhesive layer. The characteristics of hot melt adhesives are that the temperature is high, the glue is thin, the glue layer is thin, and when the temperature is low, the glue is thick and the glue layer is thick.
4. The offset paper having a basis weight of about 70 g/m2 is cut into strips having a length equal to that of the book, and a width slightly wider than the thickness of the book. Paper can also be used.
5. The book is glued to the machine, but it is not glued back and slotted directly to the rubber wheel. The previously cut offset paper is manually refilled in the package position and bonded to the back of the book. . The processing requirement is flat on the back, the glue layer is thick and uniform, and the gap between the signatures is filled and filled, otherwise the finished product will have black holes after the final cutting.
6. Remove the dry-formed book from the unbonded portion of the offset paper and prepare the cover.
7. Adjust the temperature of the rubber pot to a temperature slightly higher than that of the normal binding, about 10 °C higher, so that the glue is thinner, the glue layer is thinner, and the cut cover is ready for use.
8. According to the normal binding package operation procedure, the rubber book that has been glued once passes the rubber wheel and then covers the cover.
9. After three-side cutting, the package is shipped.
At this point, the processing of the cover on the machine is completed with the binding book for the binding book. However, it should be noted that if the cover is first wrapped with white cardboard and the cover is applied, the first time the glue is applied, the white cardboard must be indented, and the glue layer should be slightly thicker when the glue is applied for the second time. Pressing the hole, observing the melting condition of the hot melt adhesive from the edge of the back of the book, and seeing it out in time after the gelation is opened, it can be dried and formed. For the case where the back of the book is skewed, a single hand can be hand-held on the ironing board of the ironing machine.
The album and map book processed by this method have a correct appearance, and the back of the book is viewed from the head of the sky and the surface of the foot.
