Film encapsulation
Depending on the degree of automation of the envelope, the film is encapsulated in two ways: semi-automatic encapsulation and automatic encapsulation.
1. Semi-automatic encapsulation. Due to the small batch size and low labor costs, the current book wrapping package uses semi-automatic wrapping technology. One is a manual continuation or a collection of books to be wrapped, wrapped by a machine; Good plastic envelopes, then insert the books into the seal, the sealing method is self-adhesive bonding or thermal bonding. When the batch is increased, it requires more labor, and when the site is to be added, it is more economical to adopt automatic encapsulation.
2. Automatic encapsulation. First, the contents to be encapsulated are collected from the input port of the contents, and then sent to the encapsulation unit, and the contents are wrapped in the encapsulation unit, first longitudinally bonded, then laterally bonded, and finally cut. Of course, the contents may be an optical disc, a book, a card, a trial (shampoo, etc.) according to the needs, and different contents are transported by different input ports. After bonding, the package can also be fed into the heat shrink channel, and stacked and bundled, providing different configurations according to the user's needs.

1. for books and periodicals
When the contents are books and magazines, according to the requirements of the customers, you can install CDs or several books at the same time. This is more advantageous for those journals, magazines and books with separate volumes. In particular, when magazines need to distribute advertisements, Automatic encapsulation is required, otherwise the giveaway, trial or advertising tasting will be lost during the release process. It is best to use automatic encapsulation when the output is large, the batch size is large, or the variety of the products is singular, especially if the encapsulation machine can directly cooperate with the binding machine, which can greatly improve the efficiency, such as the CMC enveloping machine and KOLBUS. 2. For newspapers
