Anti-counterfeiting technology is applicable to the packaging and label anti-counterfeiting of high-grade goods such as securities, documents, official documents, and bills, as well as various high-grade cigarettes, wine, food, medicines, and cosmetics. With the development of high technology and people's requirements for high-quality packaging and printing, the packaging and printing industry has begun a wide-ranging technological revolution in recent years. The combination of various printing equipments and the mutual penetration of various printing processes have made printing products even more ambiguous. Measurement, colorful. Products printed with these new technologies have created layers of barriers and resistance for attempting to do the pseudo. Below, the author makes some simple introductions on the printing process of anti-counterfeit labels.

◆ lithography + letterpress and multi-process combination

Generally, high-end packaging and printed materials are designed with large-area color blocks, multi-color sequential continuous adjustment pictures, and complicated lines and patterns, which are difficult to print with a single printing method. If the combination of plain printing and embossing is used, that is, the solid color block is printed on the large area of the pressure of the letterpress printing machine with large pressure and uniform ink, and the four parts of the lithographic printing machine are used to continuously adjust the complex lines, so as to avoid weaknesses. The effect is ideal. For some more demanding and more complex prints, it is also possible to use a combination of printing processes such as embossing, gravure and flat printing, embossing, gravure printing and silk screen printing. In short, the more complex the printing process and the more difficult the printing, the better the anti-counterfeiting effect.

◆Multicolor serial printing

Multi-color serial printing is also called cross-color printing, and is generally printed by a letterpress printing machine. It is based on the requirements of the printing products, after placing the partitions in the ink tank, and then placing a plurality of hue inks in different partitions. Under the action of the series of rollers, the adjacent portions of the ink are mixed and then transferred to the printing plate. With this printing process, multiple colors can be printed at one time, and the intermediate transition is soft. Since it is difficult to see the placement distance of the ink tank partition from the printed product, it can also play a certain anti-counterfeiting effect. If this process is applied to large-area shading printing, its anti-counterfeiting effect will be more prominent.

◆Gravure printing technology

The graphic part of the printing technology plate is convex, and the ink on the printed graphic is also convex, and the graphic lines are clear and the layers are distinct, and the touch can be felt. This printing technology has both protection and anti-counterfeiting properties. Gravure technology is used for important securities.

The types of gravure printing are divided into two categories according to the plate making method: engraving gravure (with hand-engraved gravure, mechanical engraving gravure), and corrosion gravure. Among them, the anti-counterfeiting effect of engraving gravure printing is better, and it is generally combined with anti-counterfeiting ink technology. Some anti-counterfeiting inks have larger pigment particles, require a thicker ink layer to reflect the printing effect, and gravure printing has a stronger texture, and the combination of the two achieves the dual effects of anti-counterfeiting and decoration.

Gravure printing also often uses fluorescent inks, which not only ensures the micro-convex feeling of gravure printing, but also ensures the use of fluorescent inks, and the anti-counterfeiting functions of both are also guaranteed.

◆Laser holographic iris printing

Laser holographic iris printing uses laser holography to produce a stencil in the anti-vibration chamber and then transfer the pattern to a carrier by pressure. Its products can produce a colorful rainbow-like effect under the illumination of a 45-degree point light source, and the image has a strong three-dimensional effect, which is favored by consumers and is called the 21st century ink-free color by some people of insight. Printing.

At present, laser holographic iris printing adopts two processes of cold pressing coating and direct hot stamping of hot stamping film. Due to the complexity of the plate making process of this technology, it is very difficult, and only a few manufacturers in China can produce it, so the anti-counterfeiting effect is excellent. In particular, holography uses a laser light source to simultaneously capture the amplitude information and phase information of the scene light wave in a shockproof room, and uses the interference principle of light to form each particle of the scene to form all the information. During the plate making process, the slight air flow in the room can cause the color of the holographic image to change, so it is impossible to make two identical hologram plates anyway.

◆Hand-engraved embossing

Most packaged prints require highlighting of key words such as trade names and patterns. These graphic bulges are mostly made by chemical etching to form a relief, which is completed by combining the gypsum with the gypsum. Although this method has the advantages of simple manufacturing process, short cycle, etc., the embossing effect after embossing is not good and does not have anti-counterfeiting effect. Therefore, many printing houses currently use an engraving plate imprint process. The hand-carved version needs to use a copper plate with better texture. The engraving artist's hand-crafted technique will engrave the graphic (mainly the pattern) requested by the user with a carving knife. Generally, it can be carved into 3 to 4 layers. In particular, the chemical etching method can only make one level, and the dead angle of the edge portion cannot be made to have a certain curvature as a hand-carving to improve the embossing effect and prevent the paper from cracking. Since the craftsmanship of the engraver is not mastered in a short time, and different engravers have different engraving styles, even the same engraver can not engrave two identical templates, so the imprinted with such a template Packaging and printing products not only have good embossing effect, rich layers, high embossing rate, but also strong anti-counterfeiting effect.

◆Special gloss printing

Special gloss printing is a new type of printing technology that has become more popular in the packaging and printing industry in recent years. The special gloss printing process currently mainly includes metallic gloss printing, pearl printing, pearl gloss printing, refractive printing, variable gloss printing, laser holographic iris printing, crystal gloss printing, imitation metal etching printing and matte printing, etc.

·Metal gloss printing is made of aluminum foil-based metal composite paper, with a relatively transparent ink to form a special metallic luster effect on the printed product;

· Pearlescent printing is to first use silver paste on the surface of the printed product, followed by extremely transparent ink, and the silver glitter body reflects a pearlescent effect through the ink layer;

·Pear gloss printing is printed with ink mixed with mica particles, so that the printed product produces a luster effect similar to pearls and shellfish;

· Refraction printing is a unique effect of refracting the pattern by embossing the pattern on the printed product with a certain pressure;

· Matte printing is a matte ink printing or ordinary ink printing and then covered with a matte film, which can produce a weak luster feature, so it also has a safe anti-counterfeiting effect.
