Flexo labels: Letterpress printing, also known as flexographic printing, is the mainstream processing method for label printing today.
In-mold label: refers to the special label paper processed by PP synthetic paper on the surface and coated with special hot-melt adhesive on the back, and printed into a trademark. Use the robot to pick up the printed label and place it in the mold. The vacuum hole on the mold firmly holds the label in the mold. When the raw material of the plastic bottle is heated and drooped in a hose shape, the mold with the label is quickly closed, and the air is blown into the hose to make it close to the mold wall. At this time, the temperature in the entire mold is relatively high, and the bottle body is tightly attached to the bottle body. The prototype label-shaped adhesive begins to melt and bonds with the plastic bottle in the mold. Then, when the mold is opened again, the plastic bottle body is formed, and the label and the bottle body are integrated. The beautifully printed logo is firmly embedded on the surface of the product. The label and the bottle are on the same surface, and there is no label. The color graphic is printed directly on the surface of the bottle, giving a fresh feeling.
Gravure label: Gravure printing is the main printing method for plastic film printing today. It is mainly used for the printing of various plastic packaging bags and the printing of peripheral labels for cola and edible oil (the label has no glue on the back), and it is not printed by gravure. Not many plastic labels.
Silk screen label: silk screen label label is mainly suitable for the electronic machinery industry. Membrane switch is a typical product of its technology. The advantage of silk screen printing is thick ink layer, colorful, concave and convex, and strong visual impact. It is suitable for restoring simple lines, color blocks, texts, etc., and generally the total printing color does not exceed 4 colors. The disadvantage is that the printing gradient color is poor, and it is impossible to achieve a beautiful multi-color printing effect.
Digital label: digital direct printing technology, no need to traditional film, plate making, digital label printing machine can be printed on special materials such as plastic paper, suitable for short-run, short-time, fast-moving jobs, digital label printing development potential.
Offset label: The most traditional printing method, which can only print flat sheets, and mostly based on paper labels. Plastic label adhesive offset printing has many defects, and few companies use it! Generally, it is a small amount of paper-like work parts, which is solved by offset printing.
