A second-hand Heidelberg four-color offset printing press was used in our factory. When there was a running, there was a failure of the automatic paper feeding device to inhale insufficiently and the paper feeder was unstable. Because the production task was very urgent at that time, the inspection and maintenance were not removed in time. After running for a while, the gas valve failed and the suction nozzle could not inhale. Therefore, the on-site repair first unloaded the gas separation valve. After the valve body was dismantled, the valve body (the valve body diameter of 42 mm, the cast copper material) was found to have a cylindrical surface of about 30 mm long and the grinding was severely burned. There are grooves on the worn surface. This condition either replaces the valve body or repairs the damaged surface to allow the valve body to properly mate with the valve sleeve.
Because there are no spare parts, I decided to use the repair welding repair process first. If it is repaired by copper brazing, the workpiece may be deformed during the heating and brazing process. If it is soldered, it will not be deformed, and the operation is simple, but the hardness cannot be equal to that of copper. However, as an emergency treatment at the site, it can be used. For this reason, I first choose to use solder to make solder, solder is used as rosin as a flux (better than solder paste), and heated with a 150w soldering iron to reach the limit temperature before starting. After welding, the original outer circle size is raised after the solder layer is soldered, and then the repaired valve body is clamped on the lathe and the sanding layer is welded to the normal size. The treatment of the valve sleeve is only to clamp the valve sleeve on the lathe, with 0 sanding the damaged part of the grinding. In this way, the repair process is completed in a short time, and the machine is re-installed and used, and the performance is normal and the use requirements are met. Explain that it is feasible to use this method.
In addition to the above-described processing possibilities, there are also conditions for the abrasion treatment as described above, which can also be repaired by a sticking technique. The adhesive coating technology has the advantages of convenient operation, wide applicability, good bonding between the coating and the mother body, fast repairing speed, good quality and low cost. Adhesives used in adhesive coating include anti-wear agent, filling agent, emergency repair agent, etc. The adhesive agent is generally similar to mud. It is divided into two components, A and B. When used, the two groups A and B are as described. The mixture is mixed and homogenized and applied (the coated surface is cleaned with acetone before coating), and after turning, it is turned and returned to its original size. The hardness of the adhesive after curing is almost the same as the hardness of copper.
