When using a sheetfed offset press to print double-sided products, the semi-finished offset paper ink is dried very slowly. If the paper is acidic, the ink is difficult to dry. When the surface is turned over, the ink on the semi-finished product will be buckled on the impression cylinder. It bothersome and increases downtime. A method of maintaining and maintaining the impression cylinder while preventing the ink impression cylinder from being printed is now described.
Clean the impression cylinder first, then apply a layer of post-cannon paste (imprint roller adhesive). Thus, when printing on the other side, the ink on the sheet does not stick to the impression cylinder, and the accumulation of ink on the cylinder can be avoided or reduced.
