Technical information on supply

Valmet's supply includes four OptiFlo Foudrinier headboxes, one IntelliFormer upformer, four OptiCoat Roll applicators and several OptiDry Coat air-drying ovens. One of the drying ovens is equipped with the new OptiDry Coat dual-pass technology. It combines three drying ovens in a compact unit, which is safe and reliable, with high drying capacity, high energy efficiency and low maintenance costs. The delivery also includes the Valmet DNA machine control system for the coating section. Spare parts, consumable kits and on-site service are also included in the supply.

With a width of 6,300 mm and a design speed of 1,000 m/min, the paper machine produces a weight of 180–350 g/m² and a production capacity of more than 1,800 t/day.
