With A Total Investment Of 300 Million Yuan, The Jiangsu Yuecheng Town Project Producing 670 Million Packaging Sets Annually Has Started Construction.

On the morning of November 9, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hongyuan Green Packaging Materials Intelligent Production Base Project in Yuecheng Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province was held. Attendees included Yin Zhihua, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangyin Municipal Committee; Xie Yingjun, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jiangyin Municipal Government, Party Working Committee Secretary and Director of the Administrative Office of Xiake Bay Science City; Li Ning, Party Secretary of the Jiangyin Municipal Bureau of Commerce; leaders in charge from relevant departments such as the Jiangyin Municipal Publicity Department, Government Office, Development and Reform Commission, Science and Technology Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Bureau of Commerce; the full leadership of Yuecheng Town and heads of related departments and units; representatives from Yuecheng Village and Daizhuang Village; as well as the heads and representatives of Jiangyin Hongyuan Printing and Packaging Materials Co., Ltd.

Yin Zhihua, a member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangyin Municipal Party Committee, announced the commencement of the Hongyuan Green Packaging Materials Intelligent Production Base project in Yuecheng Town.

In her speech, Kong Xiaoyan, Party Secretary of Yuecheng Town, pointed out that Yuecheng has gathered 93 printing and packaging enterprises, with a solid and stable industrial foundation and continuous innovation vitality. The commencement of this project will inject strong momentum into Yuecheng, igniting the green innovation engine, strengthening the packaging and printing industry, and promoting high-quality economic development. Looking ahead, Yuecheng will closely follow the "Southern Campaign" strategy deployed by the municipal party committee and government, fully implement the three-year action plans for industrial transformation and innovation in Jiangyin, strengthen industries by accelerating the intelligent, high-end, and green development of specialized industries; optimize carriers by leveraging the roles of the Qinwangshan Green Circular Industry Park and the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park for Transportation Equipment; and enhance services by deepening the mechanism of leadership teams linking with enterprises and special project service teams, fully building a new pattern of innovation-driven development.

The Yuecheng Town Hongyuan Green Packaging Materials Intelligent Production Base Project has a total investment of 300 million yuan, with 20.13 acres of newly acquired land. It will construct production workshops, integrated buildings, and other facilities, with a total building area of over 35,000 square meters. At the same time, it plans to introduce imported equipment such as Heidelberg offset presses and Komori offset presses, and purchase 160 domestic devices including rotary presses and fully automatic flatbed hot stamping machines. By leveraging the intelligent transformation and digitalization platform, it aims to enhance intelligent production lines and intelligent quality control. Relying on the company's independently developed patented technologies and advanced intelligent processes, it focuses on the production of recyclable and biodegradable green packaging materials. Once the project is fully completed and operational, it is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 670 million sets of green packaging materials, with annual sales exceeding 200 million yuan.
