Toppan Leefung Pte. Ltd., the parent company of the world's leading printing group and Toppan Vintage, announced today the strategic acquisition of Merrill Communication's trading and compliance business (known as " Capital Markets and Compliance Business"). Merrill is a global leader in software-as-a-service (SaaS) collaboration software and turnkey solutions for businesses and their consultants, including Merrill BridgeTM, the industry's leading SaaS solution, and XBRL for time-sensitive regulatory and transactional documentation.
