Recently, the smart warehousing and logistics project for the entire plant of the Korea Asia Paper factory, constructed by Zhongqing Changtai, has officially been put into operation. This project is not only Zhongqing Changtai's first large-scale smart warehousing and logistics system project for paper products in Korea, but it has also created two benchmark systems in the Asian paper products industry through multiple independently developed core technologies, marking a new breakthrough for Zhongqing Changtai's smart logistics equipment in overseas markets.
The project includes multiple large-scale roll paper three-dimensional storage systems, cardboard three-dimensional storage systems, and intelligent in-plant logistics conveyance systems. Targeting the characteristics of the paper products industry, Zhongqing Changtai applied two core innovative systems to solve pain points in traditional warehousing and logistics.
Large-scale Cardboard Three-dimensional Warehouse System
This system innovatively adopts a "one-rail, two-car" new storage mode, achieving point-to-point precise storage and scheduling of cardboard within the three-dimensional warehouse, completely reconstructing the traditional operation mode of cardboard stacks that relied on flat plastic mesh belt conveyance. With the same footprint, the system's storage capacity is five times that of traditional modes, and cardboard scheduling efficiency is doubled. This is the first set of three-dimensional warehouse systems for cardboard stack storage supplied by a Chinese manufacturer, providing a new solution for high-density storage of cardboard.


Robot RFID Chip Automatic Insertion/Recovery System
This system automatically completes the insertion and recovery of RFID chips using robots, completely replacing manual operations. It enables fully automated operation of the entire process, from unloading paper rolls, putting them into use, to the final recovery of paper cores, significantly reducing workers' labor intensity and effectively decreasing the number of factory employees. The application of this system has achieved a breakthrough from zero in this technological field for the corrugated paper industry in Asia.
