More than 200 experts, scholars, association representatives, and business delegates from around the world participated in the events. Liu Zhen, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Culture, Sports, and Tourism Bureau, attended the Hong Kong International Printing Standardization Forum, ICC Color Management Seminar, and CTV Certificate Award Ceremony and delivered a speech. The China Printing Technology Association sent representatives to participate in the related activities upon invitation and extended congratulations to the Hong Kong Printing Industry Association and the attending 43rd Board of Directors and Supervisors at the inauguration ceremony.

At the Hong Kong International Printing Standardization Forum and ICC Color Management Seminar, printing standardization and color management experts from China, the United States, Germany, and other countries and regions presented the latest development trends in printing standardization and color management.

According to reports, the Colour Tone Value (CTV) method for print color control, led by the Printing Technology Research Center under the Hong Kong Printers' Association, has become the first printing group standard in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. To further promote the effective application of CTV, the Hong Kong Printers' Association successfully applied for funding from the Office for the Development of the Creative Industries of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to launch the "Color•Style•Recognition" project. This project includes two main programs - the "CTV Pilot Program" and the "Creation of a CTV Color Database."

At the CTV certificate award ceremony, Deputy Director Liu Zhen and Fung Man-ching, President of the Hong Kong Printers Association, presented the "CTV Recognized Printer" certificates to representatives of 19 printing companies that completed training under the CTV Pilot Program.
