Foundation Laying and Soil Preparation

A modern intelligent manufacturing factory is about to rise here, and the enthusiastic atmosphere on site reaches its peak at this moment.

The construction site of this project is located on the west side of Dongchong Road, Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with a total land area of 18,672.52 square meters and a total construction area of 75,630.57 square meters. The main construction content is the new factory, dormitory building, outdoor fence, road, greening and installation part, etc.: the construction area of the plant is 67805.98 square meters, the structure type is a reinforced concrete frame structure, the number of building floors is seven floors, and the building planning height is 48.7m; the construction area of the dormitory building is 7824.59 square meters, the structure type is reinforced concrete frame structure, the building floor is one basement floor, eight floors above ground, and the building planning height is 25.30m.

Founded in 2005, Foshan Huayu Color Printing Co., Ltd., the investor of this project, specializes in books, albums, newspapers, gift boxes and other paper products, and is one of the large-scale professional commercial printing and packaging enterprises in South China. This project will be used to build the Huayu Advanced Color Printing Headquarters Base Project, with a planned investment of up to 600 million yuan.
