In the Zhige area of Hongya Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Hesheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the construction and equipment installation of a 10000 ton flexible packaging composite film and bag technology upgrade project for pharmaceuticals and food after more than a year of intensive construction, and has entered the trial production stage.

According to Li Yong, the head of the production department of the company, "With the orderly progress of the trial operation of the new factory workshop, the project is expected to officially start production by the end of June. Currently, we have received orders worth more than 10 million yuan and are working overtime to ensure timely delivery
The project has a total investment of over 50 million yuan, upgrading and constructing standardized production workshops for printing, lamination, slitting, and bag making. Three high-speed equipment printing production lines have been built, completing the iterative upgrading of production processes and technologies. After the project reaches production capacity, it is expected to produce 10000 tons of high-quality flexible packaging composite film and composite bag products annually, which will help enterprises reach a new level in production capacity and technological level, further enhance their market competitiveness, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the county economy.
