On January 23, 2026, the third session of the sixth member congress and annual meeting of the Changsha Printing and Packaging Industry Association was successfully held, with over 360 leaders and guests attending. On the current hot topics that enterprises are focusing on, the association specially invited Professor Wang Qiang, a distinguished professor at Hangzhou Dianzi University, to share "Prospects for Printing Development Driven by Data," systematically explaining the transformation path and development vision of the printing industry under data-driven approaches. The report pointed out that the printing industry is entering a new stage of "digital intelligence empowerment," and must rely on data application to drive the upgrading of the entire industry chain, focusing on the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Digitization of the Printing Industry (2025-2027)," and promoting the shift of production from "experience-driven" to "data-driven."

At the beginning of the meeting, Xu Richeng, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Association, presented the "2025 Annual Work Report of the Association." In 2025, the Changsha Printing and Packaging Industry Association, adhering to the principle of "serving the industry, empowering enterprises, and connecting government and enterprises," will promote high-quality industry development through various measures including strengthening management, deepening Party-building efforts, organizing research and study activities, expanding exhibitions, enhancing government-enterprise collaboration, deepening industry cooperation, improving self-regulatory mechanisms, and optimizing member services. In addition, the association has achieved several milestone results, such as enterprises moving into the Changsha Printing Technology and Cultural Creative Park and finalizing the compilation of "Changsha Printing Documentary."

Vice President of the Association, Hou Deshan, presented the "2025 Association Financial Work Report." The overall operation of the association in 2025 was stable, with a healthy revenue and expenditure structure. Income mainly came from membership fees, industry promotion, and financial support, while expenditures focused on daily office operations, organizing council meetings and industry events, employee salaries, and basic operations. Throughout the year, the finances ensured the continuation of various industry services and activities while achieving a surplus, laying a solid financial foundation for the association to continue fulfilling its functions and serving its members.

Peng Wenjie, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Association, delivered the '2025 Annual Supervisory Committee Work Report.' Although the industry faced numerous challenges in 2025, the Association successfully completed its work for the year under the guidance of leaders at all levels and the leadership of the President. The Supervisory Committee performed its supervisory duties in accordance with laws and regulations, participated in all major meetings and activities of the Association, and conducted comprehensive oversight of decision-making, event execution, and financial asset management. It confirmed that all work of the Association was being carried out in compliance and in an orderly manner, that major decision-making procedures were legal, and that financial systems were sound and funds were used properly. In 2026, the Supervisory Committee will continue to focus on key areas, innovate supervision mechanisms, and provide a solid guarantee for the Association's sustained and healthy development.

Currently, the industry is entering a golden period of policy and technological development. Director Yi put forward three hopes: to adhere to the bottom line of compliant development, to seize opportunities for digital, intelligent, and green transformation, and to take on the responsibility of leading with strong brands.
