The 6th Fifth Member Congress of the Commercial Document Printing Branch of the China Printing Technology Association was successfully held in Chongqing.
On the occasion of the successful convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, on October 24, the 6th Fifth Member Conference of the Commercial Bill Printing Branch of the China Printing Technology Association was held in Chongqing. More than a hundred representatives of commercial bill printing enterprises from across the country gathered to discuss a new chapter in the industry's development.
Conference SiteLiu Xiaokai, Chairman of the China Printing Technology Association, delivered a speech and keynote address. He extended warm congratulations on the convening of the conference, welcomed friends from all walks of life who have long supported and cared about the work of the Commercial Paper Printing Sub-association, and gave full recognition to the recent achievements of the sub-association, particularly in uniting member units and promoting industry development.Chairman Liu Xiaokai pointed out that the transformation of the banknote printing industry is a "window of opportunity" for high-quality development. The China Printing Association will empower the industry in three ways: first, by coordinating resources and leveraging the 2026 China International All-Printing Exhibition to help member units "go global" and expand into international markets; second, by working collaboratively to conduct industry research and provide case guidance in conjunction with the "Three-Year Action Plan for Digitalization of the Printing Industry," offering empirical support for transformation; and third, by strengthening mechanisms and support, utilizing the association's role as a technology achievement registration body to record member companies' research and development achievements in intelligent anti-counterfeiting and digital certificates.Facing the current challenge of the digitalization of paper-based media, Chairman Liu Xiaokai offered three suggestions for the development of the Commercial Paper Printing Sub-association: first, anchor intelligent transformation to reinforce the foundation of technological innovation; second, deepen cross-industry resource integration to expand industry development space; and third, strengthen brand building to enhance overall influence. He hopes that the sub-association will lead its members to focus on new quality productivity and promote high-quality development of the industry.

Currently, the printing industry in Chongqing is at a crucial stage of integration and upgrading. The hosting of this national industry conference in the mountain city not only provides local enterprises with an opportunity to learn from cutting-edge models but also creates conditions for Chongqing's printing industry to connect with nationwide resources. It is hoped that the participating representatives will deepen exchanges, build consensus, and contribute to the coordinated development of the ticket printing industry during their visit to Chongqing.

Wu Hong, President of the Chongqing Printing AssociationGuan Zhengming, Chairman of the Commercial Securities Printing Branch of the China Printing Association, presented the 2025 annual work report of the 6th Council of the Commercial Securities Printing Branch of the China Printing Association. He emphasized that enterprises in the securities printing industry need to change their thinking patterns, innovate and transform, and pursue leapfrog development through diversified operations.Subsequently, he outlined and offered suggestions for the key points of the work plan for 2026. He stated that in the future, the Commercial Securities Printing Branch will closely align with the actual needs of enterprises, carry out exchange activities for enterprise transformation and development, organize member enterprises to go out and learn from successfully transformed enterprises, conduct industry surveys in parallel, and provide more conveniences for the development of its members.

At the meeting, the council reviewed and approved the summary of the council's work for 2025 and the key points of the work plan for 2026, and listened to opinions and suggestions from member units on the branch's activities.
In the 'Member Enterprise Transformation Sharing' session, the heads of five printing companies-Chongqing Yuanda Printing, Hongbo Co., Shanghai Railway, Yunnan State Tax, and Shanghai Safety Printing-gave speeches in turn, sharing practical experiences around themes such as 'Breaking the Deadlock of Established Enterprises,' 'Structural Adjustment and Innovation,' 'Transformation and Breakthrough,' and 'Steady Progress in the Field of Anti-Counterfeiting.' The session covered multiple dimensions of transformation and provided practical reference ideas for the printing industry to cope with changes of the times.

Zang Chuanjun, Executive Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Security Printing Co., Ltd., gave a keynote speech titled 'Anti-counterfeiting and Steady Progress.'During the 'New Technologies and Equipment Release by Member Units' session, three companies-Shenzhen Shengde Jingyue Technology, Dongguan Yaguang Machinery, and Pinghu Yinghou Machinery-successively unveiled their technological achievements, covering digital on-demand printing solutions, innovations in LED UV curing technology, and intelligent digital solutions. These provide diverse innovative options for equipment upgrades and process optimization in the printing industry.

That afternoon, some participants visited the old factory building renovation park and the new factory of Chongqing Yuanda Printing Co., Ltd. for a study tour. Chongqing Yuanda adheres to the philosophy of "planning ahead in business and achieving greatness with ambition," leveraging its high-tech and specialized innovative strengths, focusing on the special printing field, and professionally producing various special documents, confidential materials, and social printing items. It has now established five comprehensive centers with complete software and hardware support: the "Exam Paper Printing Center," "Receipt Printing Center," "Business Printing Center," "Anti-counterfeiting Technology R&D Center," and "Packaging Printing Center," making it a printing base for national secret carriers in Chongqing. The group conducted a detailed visit of both the new and old Yuanda parks and gained a firsthand understanding of the company's development philosophy as well as its advanced operational models in the era of digital intelligence. All participants expressed that they had gained a lot from the visit.
Facing the industry transformation brought by the wave of e-invoicing, the Commercial Bill Printing Branch of the China Printing Association will continue to use the platform as a link, gather new productive forces, explore paths of transformation, set innovation as the sail and diligence as the oar, deepen collaboration among industry, academia, research, and application, and assist its member units in breaking through on the path of digital and intelligent transformation and diversified development.
