The 2026 Longgang City Intellectual Property Empowerment for Industrial Development and School-Enterprise Integration Research and Study Event Successfully Held
In order to further enhance the public's awareness of trademark branding, deepen the concept of intellectual property protection, and support the high-quality development of Longgang City's printing and packaging industry, on the afternoon of May 20, the 'Longgang Intelligent Manufacturing · Trademark First' 2026 Longgang City Intellectual Property Empowerment for Industrial Development and School-Enterprise Integration Research and Study Event was held in the lecture hall on the fourth floor of the Longgang City Enterprise Comprehensive Service Center.
Deputy Director Sun Zuogan of the Longgang City Market Supervision Administration, Director Lou Haiyan of the Intellectual Property Division, Zhang Mingliang, Director of the Intellectual Property Department of Wenzhou Daily and an expert reviewer of Wenzhou City Intellectual Property projects, Chen Peifeng, expert reviewer of Wenzhou City Intellectual Property projects, Huang Xiaoyan, Head of the Department of Business Administration at the School of Management of Wenzhou Business College, Wu Qiongyao, Director of the Wenzhou Little Giant Specialized and New Intellectual Property Research Institute, Liang Xiaoke, Secretary General of the Zhejiang (Longgang) Smart Printing Intellectual Property Alliance/Longgang Printing Association, Office Director Chen Xianbao, printing and packaging enterprises in Longgang, and nearly 200 students from Wenzhou Business College attended the event.
The event first held the signing and plaque-awarding ceremony for the off-campus practical education base of Wenzhou Business College. The heads of the Zhejiang (Longgang) Digital Printing Intellectual Property Alliance and Wenzhou Business College were invited to attend, signed the "Cooperation Agreement for Off-Campus Practical Education Base for College Students," and completed the plaque-awarding ceremony, building a solid bridge for deep school-enterprise cooperation.
Chen Peifeng, an expert in intellectual property project evaluation in Wenzhou City, introduced in detail the operation method of the printing trademark risk inspection system through on-site playback of a demonstration video, focusing on the core printing industry in Longgang, helping to improve trademark risk prevention capabilities and standardize trademark use management.
Subsequently, Wu Qiongyao, a board member of the Wenzhou Little Giant Specialized, Refined, Special, and New Intellectual Property Research Institute, gave a keynote lecture on "Trademark and Brand Layout Management for SMEs." Drawing on her industry experience, she provided a comprehensive and detailed explanation from the aspects of the core process of trademark registration, key points to note, and the strategic significance of brand layout.
Before the event, students from Wenzhou Business School also visited the lounge of Longgang Printing and Art Town.
The hosting of this event not only further popularized knowledge related to intellectual property and strengthened enterprises' awareness of trademark and brand protection, but also built a solid platform for school-enterprise collaborative education and mutual empowerment. It effectively inspired young people to take responsibility for and identify with the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. Moving forward, Longgang City will continue to deepen intellectual property empowerment, promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation in a sound and effective manner, guide more young talents to settle in traditional industries and assist in industry upgrading, making trademarks and brands an important engine for promoting high-quality intelligent manufacturing in Longgang, and inject lasting momentum into the transformation and upgrading of local industries.
