Fengyuan Xinyi: Focusing on Micro-Corrugated, Creating a High-End Boutique Packaging Benchmark
To strengthen its production capabilities, Fengyuan Xinyi invested heavily to introduce the Italian BP Agnati 1800 intelligent corrugated cardboard production line, achieving an efficient and low-consumption modern operation with reduced manpower. Fengyuan Xinyi specializes in three types of refined micro-corrugated cardboard: N, F, and E. These new boards combine the strong load-bearing capacity of traditional corrugated board with the excellent printing performance of cardboard, making them a popular mainstream green material in today's packaging industry.
"Light, Strong, Beautiful, and Efficient" are the core tags of micro-corrugated cardboard and also the key competitive strengths of Fengyuan Xinyi's products. On the performance side, the products excel in pressure resistance, bending resistance, and bursting strength, with outstanding shock absorption, providing reliable protection for all kinds of goods. Fengyuan Tenaiwang: Focusing on Heavy-Duty Packaging, Building a Northern Jiangbei Industrial Packaging Hub
This project is part of Shandong Province's key initiatives for green, low-carbon, high-quality development. It has a total investment of 500 million yuan, covers 156 acres, and has a total building area of 70,000 square meters. Once fully up and running, it will produce up to 120 million square meters of heavy-duty corrugated packaging annually, making it the largest heavy-duty corrugated production base in Northern Jiangbei.
The project workshop is equipped with advanced equipment and software systems, including a 2.5-meter seven-layer precision printing line, Qingdao Kaituo heavy corrugator line, Zhongqing Changtai and Kunshan Dongfang Tongchuang paper logistics systems, Shanghai QiWang TMS intelligent delivery consolidation, double-knife corrugator batching, and RFID online paper management system, achieving full-process digital production control. Its core products are Tri-Wall and Bi-Wall series heavy-duty specialty corrugated boards, with board thickness up to 15mm and outstanding physical and chemical properties. A 0.5 cubic meter box can continuously bear two tons in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment without deformation. Thanks to advantages like being fumigation-free, easily recyclable, and lightweight, it can widely replace solid wood and heavy-duty plastic packaging, realizing paper-instead-of-wood applications on a large scale.
The products are used in various industrial scenarios: they can provide complete custom packaging for KD/SKD automotive parts, produce Class II/III dangerous goods cartons according to UN 4G & 4GV standards, and create full paper-based packaging solutions for elevator components. They also mass-produce foldable quick-assembly boxes, EZ-BULK liquid returnable containers, patented Uni-Pak eco-friendly returnable boxes, and other innovative products. The group has also built a professional packaging lab certified by ISTA, which can carry out comprehensive packaging tests like drop, compression, and temperature variation according to national, ASTM, JIS, and other international standards, with the test reports recognized by many countries and regions worldwide. Currently, their cooperation network covers leading manufacturers in industries such as construction machinery, new energy vehicles, and fine chemicals.

Relying on the Group's ecosystem to build a full-chain circular economy in packaging
The rapid growth of the two packaging companies is backed by the strong industrial support and well-established circular economy layout of Shandong Fengyuan Group. As a large state-owned joint-stock enterprise in Yicheng District, Fengyuan Group has total assets of 12.9 billion yuan, more than 5,000 employees, and over 20 member companies. The Group plans to build the Fengyuan Circular Economy Industrial Park covering more than 2,400 acres, creating a closed-loop industry chain of "waste paper, straw, branch recycling-power and heat supply-paper making-paper packaging products-solid waste reuse." This setup achieves horizontal resource coupling and vertical extension, ensuring the green attributes and cost advantages of packaging products from the source. Fengyuan Xinyi and Fengyuan Tenaiwang are deeply embedded in this circular system, using upstream green paper to create eco-friendly packaging products that can be recycled after disposal, truly realizing a green cycle of "from resource to product, then back to resource," putting low-carbon development into practice.
