Recently, Sichuan Yibin Plas Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Plas") announced an in-depth strategic collaboration with Tencent Cloud. Building on Plas' extensive experience in the smart packaging industry and Tencent's leading AI technologies, the two parties will engage in deep cooperation in areas such as AI cloud infrastructure, AI quality inspection large models, and AI intelligent agents, aiming to establish a new industry benchmark for "AI + Smart Packaging.".

As early as 2019, Plath teamed up with Tencent to carry out multidimensional cooperation in cloud infrastructure, code center construction, business security, and other aspects, building a digital tracking system covering the entire product lifecycle for Wuliangye, providing strong support for business decision-making, effectively improving operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
Currently, AI technology is reshaping various industries. As a large domestic plastic packaging production enterprise, Plath has taken the lead in proposing the "AI+strategy", deeply integrating AI into core businesses such as manufacturing, research and development, marketing, logistics, and customer service, exploring the landing and application of AI technology in the entire packaging industry chain, and helping to improve business quality and efficiency.
In Plath's business process, quality inspection is the core application scenario for its AI transformation. Plath has chosen to once again collaborate with Tencent Cloud, deeply integrating the AI development capabilities of Tencent TI platform with the requirements of industrial quality inspection scenarios. By training a deep learning model on defect samples in the bottle cap field, it achieves millisecond level accurate recognition, greatly improving detection efficiency and accuracy. The leakage rate of major defects has been reduced to 0%, and the leakage rate of general defects has been reduced to 0.03%. At the same time, AI quality inspection has also brought about cost reduction and employee value enhancement. Through the application of AI quality inspection, Plath has reduced the number of inspectors per shift by 75%, fully freeing up manpower to invest in more creative work.
In this deepening cooperation, both parties will further strengthen the foundation of their technological cooperation through continuous cooperation in AI cloud infrastructure, AI quality inspection models, AI intelligent agent applications, and other aspects.
