On the 13th, the reporter learned from the second quarter regular press conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences that the nano-material green plate-making technology developed by the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has effectively overcome the pollution problems of traditional plate-making technology and formed a complete green chain printing industry chain technology, which is expected to lead. The green revolution in the printing industry.
“Like digital photography revolutions film photography.” Song Yanlin, a researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said that traditional printing plate-making technology is based on the principle of exposure imaging, adopting the technical route of exposure, development and rinsing, and the nano-material green plate-making technology adopts a new process route. The process is simple, easy to operate, low cost and many other advantages.
Based on the research of nano green plate making technology, a complete green industrial chain technology including green plate, green plate and green ink is further formed, which is expected to reduce plate waste liquid pollution, plate-based waste liquid/slag pollution and volatile organic compounds ( VOC) emissions.
"The application of the above technologies will lay the advantages of environmental protection and cost, and form an internationally competitive green printing industry chain technology system." Song Yanlin said.
The “Nano Green Printing Industry Chain” project is an important part of the “Sustainable Nano Industry Manufacturing Technology Focus” of the Strategic Pilot Science and Technology Special Project (Class A) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In response to the key scientific and technological problems that China urgently needs to solve in the fields of energy, advanced manufacturing, and population health, the nano-lead special system has laid out 17 research and development tasks in 8 major sections.
Qi Tao, deputy director of the Science and Technology Task Force of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said that since its launch in 2013, the nano-lead special project has cooperated with more than 70 different companies in the long-term power lithium battery, nano green printing, nano-catalysis, health diagnosis and drinking water. Processing and other industrial fields have formed a series of nano-core technology innovations, attracting and driving social capital investment of more than 5 billion yuan, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
As a new subject that began to emerge at the end of the 20th century, nanotechnology has been highly valued in China and has been scientifically researched in parallel with the international community. In the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020), nanotechnology is regarded as China is "one of the areas that is expected to achieve leapfrog development."
