Investment Of 767 Million Yuan! Yibin's Food Packaging Material Project Will Be Put Into Operation By The End Of The Year

Recently, the green functional food packaging new material project invested 767 million yuan by Yibin Pulas Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. in Sichuan Province has entered a critical stage of construction, and is expected to be put into trial production in batches in December this year.

It is reported that the project is located in Yangchun Industrial Park, Jiang'an Economic Development Zone, covering an area of about 95 acres. Two production workshops are planned to be constructed, and supporting facilities such as a comprehensive office building, experimental center, power station, tank area, and heat medium station will be built. At present, all main projects except for the main reaction building have been completed, and the first batch of process equipment has been gradually installed on site.
This project focuses on the manufacturing of high-end food packaging materials, with the core construction of an annual production line of 30000 tons of food grade RPET (recycled polyester). By recycling PET bottle chips and deep processing them into new materials that meet food packaging standards, it achieves efficient resource recycling.
"The project is built according to the standard of smart factory. It is expected that the annual output value will reach 800 million yuan after being put into operation, and more than 100 people will be employed." Li Pengtao also said that the project is mainly to provide new green functional food packaging materials for the local Baijiu, food, medicine and other industries in Yibin, and help the high-end, intelligent and green development of the regional industrial chain.

According to Li Pengtao, the head of the Engineering Project Department of Yibin Pula Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. in Sichuan Province, there are currently more than 500 construction personnel in operation. The plan is to enter the equipment installation phase in October and gradually start trial operation in the workshop from December.
