On June 22nd, the 2018 China Printing Industry Innovation Conference kick-off meeting was held in Beijing. At the meeting, Liu Xiaokai, Director of the Printing and Distribution Department, made a speech entitled “Strengthening the platform to improve the station and build a collaborative innovation platform for the high-quality development of the service industry”.
In his speech, Director Liu Xiaokai disclosed the overall data of the printing industry in 2017. According to the statistics of the annual report of printing enterprises in 2018, the printing industry in China has been steadily rising in 2017. The total output value of printing is 1,205.77 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%. The development speed has bottomed out, the trend of quality control is obvious, and the new kinetic energy continues to grow. The new window period effect is emerging.
In recent years, the growth rate of China's printing industry has slowed down year by year. In 2012, the growth rate fell below double digits, reaching 9.60%. Subsequently, in 2013-2015, the growth rate was 9.34%, 5.30%, 3.60%, respectively. The growth rate reached a new low in recent years, reaching 2.7%. In 2017, the development speed of the printing industry bottomed out, reaching 4.6%. It also shows that after several years of adjustment, the printing industry is getting better and better.
