On site, visiting guests had in-depth discussions with brand managers about choosing food packaging materials, adapting printing processes, supply chain delivery schedules, and the challenges of implementing green packaging. The managers explained that dairy product packaging needs to balance multiple goals, including food safety compliance, compatibility with high-speed production lines, shelf appeal for marketing, cold chain protection, and ESG-related plastic reduction. Everyone could clearly see that for printing and packaging companies to grow in value, they need to deeply engage with downstream scenarios, understand the real pain points of end brands, view packaging needs from the brand's perspective, and shift from being just a manufacturer to becoming a supply chain partner for the brand.
