Guangzhou Printing Industry held five conferences
On August 29th, the 9th Council Meeting, 4th Member Conference, and Exchange Banquet of the 5th Guangzhou Packaging and Printing Industry Association were grandly held at the Xiyuan Center of Guangdong Guesthouse. The theme of this series of conferences is "Collaborative Development of Industry Alliances", and the work report review, new president election, and industry development direction discussion of the association will be carried out simultaneously. The meeting was chaired by Dong Zeliu, Assistant General Manager of Renyin Corporation, Vice President and Secretary General of the Association. Nearly 200 members of the Association Council, representatives of member units, and industry guests attended the meeting.
The 9th session of the 5th Board of Directors was held first to review the 2024 financial report, the 2024 work report of the Supervisory Board, the work report of the Board of Directors for the first half of 2025, and the work plan for the second half of the year, as well as important agendas such as recommending candidates for the new president. The fifth and fourth general meeting of members was subsequently held, which reviewed and approved the "2024 Council Work Report," "2024 Financial Report," and "2024 Supervisory Board Work Report," and voted to elect a new president. In the end, Liu Xingyu, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of Renyin Corporation, was elected with a unanimous vote.
In his inaugural speech, President Liu Xingyu stated that he will lead the association to promote industry technological innovation, green transformation, and industrial chain collaboration, based on the work of previous presidents, and help member enterprises enhance their competitiveness. A plaque ceremony was held on site for newly joined enterprises, and President Liu also released the "Initiative for High Quality Development of Packaging and Printing Industry", calling on industry colleagues to adhere to green, low-carbon, intelligent manufacturing and standardized development, and jointly respond to market challenges.
The conference ended with warm applause, and all attendees took a group photo. The successful holding of this conference marks a new stage of high-quality and sustainable development for the packaging and printing industry in Guangzhou. The association will continue to play a bridging role, empower member enterprises, and promote better development of the industry.
