Guangdong's Well-known Packaging Company Lvzhi Cai Terminates Its Listing On The New Third Board, With A Loss Of Over 4 Million Yuan in The First Half Of The Year

On October 9, Guangdong Lvzhicai Technology Co., Ltd. announced that on September 30, 2025, the company submitted an application for termination of listing to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). After examination, the NEEQ made the decision to accept the application and issued the company the corresponding "Acceptance Notice."

It is reported that Guangdong Lvzhicai Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Guanglong Industrial Park, Chanchun Town, Shunde District, Foshan City. The company mainly provides integrated solutions for customers' printing-related needs. Its business products primarily cover two segments: consumer and promotional packaging color boxes, and creative children's cultural reading books. It is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a Guangdong Province specialized, refined, and innovative enterprise.

In the first half of this year, Guangdong Lvzhicai Technology Co., Ltd. achieved revenue of 134 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.12%; its net profit attributable to the parent company was 4.0132 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 217.47%. The gross profit margin was 13.81%.

The financial report stated that the decline in net profit was mainly affected by two factors: first, for new product categories in the initial production stage, due to insufficient process maturity and lower worker proficiency, production costs were relatively high; second, the accounts receivable balance increased by 40.33 million yuan compared to the previous period, resulting in an increase of 6.82 million yuan in the corresponding provision for credit impairment year-on-year.
