The centerpiece of the new factory is a brand-new Heidelberg Speedmaster six-color sheetfed offset press. It comes with an advanced coating system, prints up to 1040×720mm, with a regular speed of 15,000 sheets per hour and a top speed of 16,500 sheets per hour, easily handling both thin paper and thick card stock.

This is the first machine of its model in the packaging industry of northern Jiangsu, and even nationwide, it ranks among the top in its class. High-end configurations don't just boost efficiency-they also ensure stable quality and expand capabilities. Complicated processes like hot stamping, lamination, screen printing, and UV coating can all be done efficiently on the same production line, providing a solid foundation for making high-end cosmetic boxes, premium gift boxes, and digital product packaging.
