When it comes to printers, we usually use them to print some files and pictures. In fact, as long as we have some brains in the application, it is not difficult to do things like making transparent labels, glass signs, and slogans. These things are usually Professional equipment can do it. See how I can easily print a waterproof, wear-resistant transparent label with scotch tape everywhere. The effect can even be compared to professional device printing, and the cost can be much lower. Of course, at least you have to have a laser printer, inkjet printers are absolutely impossible.
1. Prepare a roll of 6cm wide scotch tape. For some thicker paper, you can cut the old calendar into 16-inch (18.4cm × 26cm) paper. Paste the scotch tape longitudinally on the prepared paper. When pasting, first put the tape head on the table, this should be at least 5cm, pull out a piece of tape of appropriate length, hold the tape roll in the right hand and keep the tape straight, and put the paper under the pull-out tape to adjust the position, let the tape Keep a certain distance from the edge of the paper and treat it as 2cm. Use your left hand to slowly press down from left to right and let the tape stick to the paper. At the same time, slowly pull out the tape with your right hand so that it can be easily attached and then cut off the excess tape. Generally, 16 sheets of paper can be placed side by side with two 6cm wide transparent tapes. Of course, the two tapes must also be kept at a certain distance.
2. Open WPS Office, first draw a rectangle with the rectangle tool, right click to set the object property, press the position of the transparent glue on the printing paper to set the left margin 2cm, the width is the width of the transparent glue 6cm, the height is slightly higher than the page height Small, this rectangle is mainly used for positioning. Insert a single line of text or text box to enter the desired label text, set the border font, and then insert some simple graphics to combine. Then copy the designed label by n parts (n according to the number of labels arranged), arrange them in the rectangle just drawn, and do not exceed the rectangular range to be printed on the transparent tape. Put the paper that has just been affixed with clear plastic for printing, pay attention to the side that is printed on the scotch tape. The printed paper should be taken with care, not folded or rubbed, and the printed words are now easily erased.
3. Put a layer of transparent glue on the printed label. This layer should be staggered with the next layer of transparent glue for future tearing. Carefully paste according to the method described in step 1. If you make a mistake, you can use it. Finally, the excess paper is cut longitudinally along the sides of the first layer of tape, and the labels are cut horizontally one by one. These are the transparent labels we need.
When you use it, just peel off the layer of transparent plastic, the original printed label will be glued, and then you will see where you want to stick. Because the text is of course waterproof under the tape, and it is never possible to be scraped off, super wearable.
Here we use a 6cm wide scotch tape, so the largest label that can be printed is 6cm x 100cm (100cm is the limit of WPS Office). This is a size that is difficult to achieve with general label printing devices. Of course, if you have a wide enough scotch tape, you can make a bigger label. If you insert your own photos while designing your labels, you can easily create transparent photo stickers.
