The printer (HP laser printer) is broken, and the faulty performance is printing roll paper. At first I thought about the problem of wet or thin paper. After the test, no matter what kind of printing paper was put in, there was a roll paper phenomenon, so the paper factor was excluded. The paper was tested several times and it was found that the left half of the paper was rolled each time the paper was rolled. When viewed from the paper feed port, the right half of the paper is caught by the roller and the left half cannot be lifted.

Is the friction of the roll paper mechanism uneven? However, the toner cartridge is taken out to observe the surface of the roll of the roll paper, and no problem is found. While observing while observing, subconsciously looking into the paper inlet again, I found that the right side of the roller was "bright" than the left side. After repeating the operation of opening the upper cover twice, it was found that the light was the natural light passing through the slit. Why didn't the left side pass through the light? I reached out and touched it. It turned out to be blocked by the soft iron piece of paper. Carefully pull the soft iron piece over the roller, put in a try, and you're done!

Generally, in normal use, the iron sheet of the platen does not fall under the roller by itself. HP's smashed iron plate is relatively soft, and may be caused by vibration during the movement.
