Commercial form printing products mainly refer to various business forms used by banks, finance, transportation, energy, finance and trade, restaurants, enterprises, scientific research departments, etc., as well as special printing products for electronic computer continuous paper. Commercial form printing gradually emerged in China in the mid-1980s, and its total equipment and production capacity increased year by year. With the development of domestic electronic computer applications at an unstoppable speed, commercial form printing equipment has also surged in the country.
Commercial computer form printing is a printing process with stricter process requirements and higher product quality requirements. However, many domestic manufacturers neglect production management, resulting in unstable product quality, affecting the efficiency of computer use, and even some products are scrapped. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly grasp the technical characteristics and quality requirements of commercial form printing. This article combines my work to briefly describe business form equipment and production process management.
I. Performance and management of commercial form printing presses
The commercial form printing machine is a multi-function printing machine that uses roll paper as a raw material, can print various types of bills and computer paper, and can also print large batches of famous letters, labels and other products. Let's take a look at the structure and performance of the commercial form printing press with the Spanish six-color "RK200S" commercial form printing machine introduced earlier by our factory.
(1) Main technical parameters

(2) Use of raw materials
1. The printing plate uses pre-coated photosensitive PS plate with a thickness of 0.15-0.2mm. Before the upper plate, the curved bending machine should be used for the first and last bending arc to avoid the printing size and overprinting error, and it is easy to install.
2, the ink generally uses domestic fast-drying offset printing ink, multi-color large-area pattern needs to use UV ink. The machine can be equipped with UV ink drying device according to user requirements.
3. The blanket is a self-adhesive blanket with a thickness of 1.02 mm.
(3) Composition
The machine is composed of a paper feeding part, an offset printing part, a reversing device and a processing folding part.
1. Paper feeding department: This part includes automatic paper feeding device, paper balancing device, paper tension control device, paper edge locator and so on.
(1) Automatic paper feeding device: The paper is automatically completed by air pressure, and the maximum web diameter can be up to 50 inches, and the position of the web can be adjusted left and right.
(2) Paper balance and tension control device: The paper passes through several paper guide rollers to make the paper smoothly reach the tension control device. The tension control device of the machine is controlled by electromagnetic brake discs to make the paper travel evenly and the tension is moderate to ensure the printing and processing precision.
(3) Paper tail monitor: When the roll paper is in high speed printing, when the core volume reaches the set position, the machine will automatically alarm, decelerate, depressurize and stop.
(4) Paper edge locator: It can automatically control the left and right position of the web to ensure the printing and processing accuracy. The device can also be adjusted at the delivery position.
2, offset printing part: the machine is composed of the same offset printing unit, and can replace the 11-24inch printing roller set at any time according to the requirements of printing specifications.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of overprinting, each unit is equipped with an automatic zero-setting device. After the automatic zero-setting, the circumference of each unit drum can be rotated forward and backward by 5mm, and the left and right sides can be moved by 5mm to correct the deviation of the droplets after zero. The combined pressure and pressure of offset printing are all pneumatically controlled. The dampening system uses an alcohol dampening system that can be adjusted according to the printing requirements.
3. Inverting device: It consists of paper reversing mechanism and vacuum pump, which can form positive and negative six-color prints at one time.
4, processing folding section: In order to ensure the alignment of the multi-level matching table is accurate, and at the same time suitable for electronic computer use, the machine is assembled with limited punching, horizontal ridge, vertical ridge, slitting, waste disposal device, and then It can be folded into 8inch, 81/2inch, 11inch, 12inch and other specifications, and is equipped with a counting system for easy statistics.
(4) Equipment site management
The quality of printing equipment directly affects product quality, business efficiency and even production safety. According to the characteristics of strong periodicity, short time and high quality requirements of the printing industry, only the equipment can be managed to ensure production.
