The prints are divided into: bite, tail, pull gauge (body, opposite);
The bite is the front end of the print, also called the mouth, which is the position when the printer picks up the paper. The boot is generally 8-11MM (700 machine is 11-12MM), and the full boot is generally 11-14MM.
The bite is the position where the paper is caught by the paper feeding device of the printing machine when the printing machine conveys the paper. It is the part that the printing machine does not print. It is about 1 to 2 cm, so the actual printing area must be subtracted from the biting part. Share.
Poster imposition
4 open poster size
a, the algorithm formula of the fourth open paper:
Large paper size: 1194mm x 889mm; burr size: 1190mm x 885mm
Big four is: 595mm x 442mm
The maximum printable area: 591mm (2mm burr on each side minus the finished product) x 430mm (except for the 2mm burr when subtracting the finished product on each side, the bite position of 8mm is also subtracted, this bite The size of the mouth is different in some presses, but the four boot is generally 8mm)
b. Algorithm formula for positive four-open paper
Regular paper size: 1092mm x 787mm; After cutting off the edging size: 1088mm x 783mm
Just four open is: 544mm x 391mm
Maximum printable area: 540mm x 377mm (explain as above)
Note: The burrs of flat copper paper are generally cut 2mm per side.
Making a big four-page poster imposition
Because posters are generally based on pictures, I take a picture here as an example.
Import the image into (Ctrl+H) CorelDRAW. After importing the desired image into CorelDRAW, press Enter to place the image in the middle.
The poster we made here is a picture in the middle, with 20mm white sides around it, so we can borrow the bite (by biting the mouth means to put the bite on the white side, no additional bite) , the poster size can be made 438mm x 590mm
