Among the various anti-counterfeiting technologies such as digital anti-counterfeiting, ink anti-counterfeiting and optical anti-counterfeiting, the paper anti-counterfeiting method is simple and applicable, and is gradually favored by many manufacturers, providing a broad market for anti-counterfeiting paper products.

Filmless holographic dark security paper. Quantitative can be divided into 50~350g/m 2 , no film, easy to degrade, anti-counterfeiting pattern adopts implicit design, the surface gloss of this paper exceeds aluminum foil paper, PET, polyester poly-aluminum film mirror paper, good printing adaptability, coating The layers and patterns are resistant to acid and alkali, gasoline and alcohol, and the scrap rate and printing difficulty are much lower than aluminum foil and mirror paper.

Magnetic security paper. There is a distinct magnetic pattern in the paper, and the magnetic material powder is added to the pulp. When the pulp and the magnetic powder are implanted into the magnetic anti-counterfeit paper according to the shape of the magnetic plate pattern, the magnetic powder should pass through a 200 mesh sieve and should also be dyed.

Superionic media special paper. The paper is a fourth-generation anti-counterfeiting product that integrates ion microporous technology and papermaking process by using the state-controlled nuclear physical equipment large heavy ion accelerator. The heavy ion accelerator is controlled by the state, but no other equipment can be used. To achieve its anti-counterfeiting technical indicators, so fundamentally put an end to fraud.

Texture paper. Sprinkle colored fibers into the white pulp to create a textured paper with a clear texture, then print it into a security label, and store the texture image of the label in a special computer anti-counterfeiting system database. After the label, the customer can enter the database by telephone, fax machine or internet, check the physical texture of the label, and identify the authenticity of the product.

Add fluorescent fiber paper. The fluorescent material is dyed on the chemical fiber carrier, and the fluorescent fiber is made into a fluorescent fiber paper according to a certain ratio, and the surface is the same as the plain paper, but the fluorescence added to the paper is obtained by the purple light of the pseudo-light. The fiber immediately appears blue, and this technique is used more in the production of stamp paper.

Laser-printed anti-counterfeiting special paper. It is imparted with anti-counterfeiting properties by special coating with color-increasing adhesive. This special coated paper decoration is added with color-increasing pattern, which is dissolved in paper after laser printing, and will not disappear due to friction, scratching, etc.

Thermal anti-counterfeiting paper. This kind of anti-counterfeit paper does not need special equipment and can be used to identify the authenticity by finger touch. The main purpose is to implant a security filament called “Thermotext” in the paper. The filament uses thermochromic or thermal ink. Concealing text or patterns, when the temperature is high, the text or pattern appears when the mask is invalid, and then resumes as it is after cooling.

Paper with a watermark. The non-aqueous liquid composition containing the thermosetting resin and the heating agent is brought into contact with a certain size solution and matured so that the watermark or pattern portion in the sheet becomes less opaque than the other portions. This is a kind of anti-counterfeiting technology commonly used in banknote paper.

Color fiber security paper. This kind of paper processing method is more convenient than using watermark roller. It uses a variety of brightly colored fiber yarns and two or more colors. The fibers are made of cotton, hemp, natural fiber or polypropylene, acrylic and other chemical fibers. They are cut into 4~8cm and adjusted. Add it to the pulp tank. Because the production process is relatively simple, the technology is currently used more, such as banknotes, brand-name cigarette packaging.
