Label printing has been applied to all aspects of our lives, basically all commodity packaging, have used label printing, product classification is inseparable from labels. So do you really know anything about labels? There are four types of labels available on the market: in-mold labels, adhesive labels, heat-shrinkable labels, and screen-printed labels. Today, I will briefly introduce these 4 types of labels. 1. In-mold labeling. In-mold label refers to the production process in which the printed graphic or photo image is directly placed into the mold area in the plastic mold casting machine as a trademark during the production of the container, so that the label and the container are fused together to form a complete packaging container. All of these processing operations for "in-mold labels" can be performed in a single process. "In-mold labeling" is one of the fastest-growing and most effective decoration methods for plastic packaging containers, opening up a new paradigm in the design of plastic container/bottle manufacturers and other commodity packaging manufacturing. 2. Adhesive labels. Adhesive labels refer to the requirements that can perfectly express the requirements of delicate labels, but their cost is more expensive than that of heat shrink film labels. The main application is self-adhesive labels. 3. Heat shrinkable label. Heat shrinkable label refers to the use of heat shrinkable film (mainly PVC film) as packaging label, which is lower than the cost of self-adhesive label and direct screen printing label, but the heat shrinkable label is easy to break, and the overall image is not good, which is not conducive to environmental protection. 4. Wire screen printing labels. Screen printing label is to use screen printing to print the pattern and text on the container packaging, the overall effect is good, the pattern and text have texture, but the quality of direct screen printing is not ideal, it is difficult to reflect the delicate pattern and small text, if the color is more, the price of direct screen printing is more expensive. In fact, the advantage of label printing is not only the increasing variety of products, but more importantly, the automation and high-speed upgrading of labeling can be realized.
