On the morning of November 11, a new factory in Xinyu Printing Yingkou, with a total investment of 130 million US dollars, was held. Founded in 1946, Xinzhou Printing Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and has a leading position in the domestic printing, packaging and paper products industry.

Municipal Party Committee Secretary, Municipal Standing Committee Director Zhao Changfu, Mayor Yu Gongbin, Huajun Group Chairman Meng Guangbao, Xinzhou Printing Group Chief Executive Li Baohua, and Provincial Packaging and Printing Industry Chamber of Commerce Chen Yingjie attended the ceremony.
It is reported that the Xinzhou Printing Yingkou New Factory Project is the core project of Huajun Group to promote the development of Northeast China. The project covers an area of 200 mu and introduces the most advanced printing machinery and equipment in the world to produce high-end packaging products for the food, luggage and cosmeceutical industries. After the project is put into production, the annual output value can reach more than 100 million US dollars, and about 600 people will be employed.
The Northeast region welcomes the project and the local government supports it.
In his speech, Li Baohua hopes that the commissioning of the new factory in Xinzhou Printing Yingkou will drive the development of the upstream and downstream industrial chain and make positive contributions to the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China. At the same time, enterprises will also actively fulfill their social responsibilities and create more social value for Yingkou.
The city leaders delivered speeches on behalf of the municipal party committee and the municipal government. It is hoped that Xinzhou Printing Group will build the new Yingkou factory as the most influential printing and packaging leading enterprise in Liaoning and even the Northeast.
