Recently, the sterile packaging production base of Hongchuang Packaging (Anhui) Co., Ltd. has reached an important construction milestone - its core coating production line has successfully achieved full line connection ahead of schedule and is operating stably at a design speed of 450 meters per minute. At present, Hongchuang Packaging Anhui Factory is vigorously promoting the installation and commissioning of other supporting equipment, making the final sprint for the full line connection and smooth production of the entire project.

The aseptic packaging production base of Hongchuang Packaging (Anhui) is invested and constructed by Yunnan Hongchuang Packaging Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Enjie Group. The project is planned to be implemented in two phases, with the first phase covering an area of 178 acres. The main construction contents include modern production plants, large warehouses, comprehensive office buildings, etc., and the introduction of internationally leading printing and coating production equipment. After the project is fully completed and reaches production capacity, it will have an annual production capacity of 12 billion liquid food sterile packaging boxes, which will greatly enhance the market competitiveness of Hongchuang Packaging in the field of sterile packaging.
Currently, the overall equipment debugging work of the project is steadily progressing according to plan. The successful completion of the film coating production line marks a crucial milestone in the construction of Hongchuang Packaging (Anhui) Aseptic Packaging Base, laying a crucial and solid foundation for subsequent equipment linkage debugging, capacity ramp up, and market supply.
