When printing with a J2108, J2203, etc., it is sometimes found that the front feed is not positioned correctly because the transfer paper cannot bite the paper. On the surface, it seems that there is no problem in handing paper, because when the paper enters the front gauge, the paper is normal, and there is no such thing as paper. Under normal circumstances, the paper is not under the bit or the bite of the paper is too small, which will cause the teeth to bite the paper, and once this is done, the embossed teeth and the chain teeth can not bite the paper, thus affecting the quality of the printed product. But sometimes it is not the case. The teeth can't bite the paper, but they can't see it. This is mainly because the pressure of the teeth is light and not completely bite. So how can this situation be tested?
The method is very simple: the punctual car puts a piece of paper into the front gauge, so that the transfer paper bites the paper and lifts it up, then pinches the other end of the paper and gently rubs it back. If the paper is separated from the transfer paper, That means you can't bite the paper (biting force is too light). But sometimes there are exceptions. Simply using the above method does not judge the bite of the paper. Because the paper is bitten by the paper, it is easy to be mistaken for the paper. Normally, it is still unclear. Because the paper is bitten by the paper, the car is lifted slightly, and there is still a certain inclination when it is smashed out, and the biting force of the teeth is not enough. So, how can we more effectively detect the bite of the paper?
In our work practice, we often use the following methods, which are simple and reliable. On the basis of the former method, put a piece of paper into the front gauge, and let the pendulum bite the paper, pull the paper with one hand, and then tap the paper with the other hand. If the bite force is too light near the paper corners of the two teeth, the paper should be disengaged from the teeth, so that the bite force should be adjusted. If the paper cannot be pressed, the paper is normal.
Compared with the former method, this method has only one word difference, one "pull" word and one "press" word, but the judgment result is sometimes different.
