The information display of the operation panel of the screen FT-R3050 camera is divided into two categories, one is the prompt information, prompting the operator to do the next work; the other is the error message, when the photo machine fails, it will This type of information appears, let's briefly introduce these two types of information.
Prompt message
1. Set film Mag. : This message indicates that there is no information strip attached to the clip, or the strip is damaged. In the FT-R3050 imagesetter, there is this information strip. You only need to select one of the F categories (P and D are not guaranteed to register the precision mode) in the information bar. When the clip is installed, the information strip is often rubbed and the strip is damaged. When this message appears, the strip needs to be replaced. In addition, when the information strip is replaced, this information still appears. You can try to wipe the sensor window next to it. It may be that the sensor is not sensitive for a long time. If there is still a problem, it may be damaged by the sensor, loose joints, etc. It is best to contact a professional maintenance person for repair.
2. Set collect box: This information can only be seen on the imagesetter that receives the film using the clip, indicating that the clip is not installed. In addition, you need to find a professional maintenance personnel to repair the same situation.
3. Set sub-stacker: This message appears that the attached clip is not installed, or the door outside the attached clip is not closed. Reinstall the attached clip and close the door.
4. Change Col. Box: This message prompts to replace the clip. When the film in the clip is full, the machine will prompt this message. At this time, take the clip to the punch and then take an empty clip. Just fine.
5. Change Sub-stack: Replace the attached clip. When the machine is cut, the film does not enter the filming machine, but falls into the attached film holder. When the film is attached to the film holder, this information needs to be taken out of the attached film holder. If the film often falls into the attached clip after the piece is cut, the user should check the reason and the machine may have problems during the filming process. It is also recommended to check the attached clips regularly and take out the waste sheets to prevent them from affecting the normal operation of the machine.
6. Please cut film: In the machine, there are films that have been exposed and not cut. When the user is ready to perform the filming or unloading, the display shows this prompt, asking the operator to perform the cutting operation.
7. Please set film: When the user replaces the film (ie, the clip is removed from the imagesetter and then reinstalled), the display prompts that the frontmost portion of the film needs to be cut off, and then the film is placed up to the ready position.
8. Film empty1 and Film empty2: These two prompts are all empty in the clip, there is no film, just replace the film. When the new film is added, the display prompts this message, indicating that the front end of the film is not in place, and the film needs to be sent forward.
9. Shut the door: This information indicates that one or more of the front cover, upper cover and side door of the machine are not closed and closed.
10. Width not enough: This prompt indicates that the size of the output file exceeds the size that can be output by the imagesetter, and the file size needs to be reduced.
11. AFP power off: This information is only used in models with a line puncher, indicating that the puncher is not turned on, and the imagesetter will not work properly.
12. AFP not ready: This information is the same as above, and is also used in models with a connection type, prompting the operator that the puncher is not ready. At this time, the film processor may be punching the film, or the filming machine may not be turned on for a long time, and the temperature of the fixing solution is less than the temperature at which the film can be normally punched, waiting for a while. When the height of the fixing liquid level of the punching machine is not enough, or there is no replenishing liquid, etc., the photo-setting machine also displays this information, and the operation panel of the punching machine is viewed, and it can be processed according to the display condition.
13. AFP error: When the film processor is faulty, the photo-scheduling machine displays this information, and the user needs to process it according to the specific conditions of the film processor.
14. Change film Mag.: This prompt asks the operator to remove the feed clip and replace the photosensitive material.
15. Change to A mode: This is an indication that the operator is not using the B mode for the length of the exposure. Use the A mode output instead. The screen FT-R3050 imagesetter has two modes: A mode and B mode. A mode can output a slightly larger file size, but can not guarantee that the four color chips can be registered, while the B mode can output smaller sizes, each output can not exceed 1.15 meters, but the registration accuracy is guaranteed, so when the file size is too When the time is large, the B mode cannot be output normally, and the A mode output is required. Therefore, the user needs to consider the output size of the imagesetter when designing the page.
16. Puch dust full: This message prompts the user that the container containing the punched waste is full and needs to be cleaned. This only appears in imagesetters equipped with perforating devices.
17. Stop: This is to indicate that the stop button is pressed during the exposure of the imagesetter, so this message appears. During the exposure process, the operator should prevent others from inadvertently pressing the stop button.
